We understand the anticipation of wanting to receive your new HAAHLAND products in good mail condition and we take pride in doing so.

Shipping Information
- A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received.
- A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.



Processing Time:
This refers to order verification, quality check, and packing your items for dispatch. The majority of orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days after the order is placed and payment has been received in full.

** Please make sure the shipping address including the postal code is complete and correct to avoid the situation of shipping delay and failed delivery.

Shipping Time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the final destination.

** IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the impact of COVID -19 and the insufficient shipping capacity of the shipping company, there might be a shipping delay, please be patient and don't worry.

If you have not received your product within 4 weeks* of your shipping notification email, please contact us. We will investigate and if there is a delivery issue, rest assured that you will be fully refunded or we can arrange for dispatch of the order again free of charge.

** Note:
1) Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.
2) Shipping is sometimes not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 
3) Due to COVID-19, there are some shipping delays in getting your order to you.
4) Delivery to remote areas may be delayed.
