Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. For all quality issues, we offer a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND. Please contact our CUSTOEMR SERVICE TEAM for a refund. Also please attach some pics or a short video to demostrate the quality issue. If you’re not satisfied with your HAHALAND product, simply drop us an email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Past 30 days? Just drop us an email email@example.com and we will be happy to consider on a case-by-case basis.
Returns And Exchanges
If your item has arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately along with some pics or a short video showing the issue. We'll arrange a refund or a replacement. Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products (except personalized products). Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping cost (if it's not about quality issue or get the wrong item)
Purchase Not Eligible for Return
-Personalized item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.
-You must email us a picture or a video showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
- Products are used or damaged when using it
Fast refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Kind reminder: Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

- If you cancel your order within 24 hours and the order has not being processed or shipped, Hahaland will process a full refund.
- If you cancel your order within 48 hours but more than 24 hours, and the order has not being processed or shipped, Hahaland will charge a 10% processing fee.
- If you cancel your order after 48 hours, and the order has not being processed or shipped, Hahaland will charge a 50% processing fee.
Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
